Move. Build. Perform.

Specialist Pathway

Who It's For?

This approach is suited to athletes returning from injury, individuals experiencing recurring movement or training limitations, and clients who may benefit from physiotherapy alongside performance training. It also supports prenatal and postnatal clients, individuals requiring pelvic-health support, and athletes whose needs call for coordinated input across multiple disciplines.

How We Work

Care follows a collaborative referral model, bringing together the appropriate professionals based on the individual’s needs. This may include a strength and conditioning coach, physiotherapist, sports physician, or other relevant specialist. Where appropriate, assessment findings can be shared across the team to create a clearer pathway from assessment through intervention, reconditioning, and ultimately, performance.

A Pathway Built Around You

From assessment to progression, every stage of your program is structured with purpose. Training adapts as you develop, guided by performance data, coaching insight, and continual reassessment.

01

Breathing Assessment - Expert Referral

Breathing can influence exercise tolerance, recovery and overall performance.

This pathway may support individuals during pregnancy, postnatal recovery, return to exercise or other situations where pelvic-health expertise is required.

02

Pelvic Floor Assessment - Specialist Referral

A collaborative approach connecting specialist pelvic-health care with appropriate strength and conditioning.

This pathway may support individuals during pregnancy, postnatal recovery, return to exercise or other situations where pelvic-health expertise is required.

03

Return To Sport

The final stages of rehabilitation should prepare you for the demands of sport — not simply for everyday movement.

Return-to-sport training focuses on rebuilding physical qualities such as strength, power, running ability, change of direction, conditioning and confidence before full sporting exposure.

04

Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

Physiotherapy supports the assessment and management of pain, injury, movement limitations and rehabilitation needs.

Where required, KINEXIS connects clients with qualified physiotherapists for clinical assessment and rehabilitation, with strength & conditioning integrated as appropriate to rebuild capacity and prepare for a safe return to training, activity or sport.

The focus is on a structured progression from assessment → rehabilitation → strength & conditioning → return to performance.
