Performance starts with understanding.
Assess & Testing
Who It's For?
Testing is suited to athletes seeking objective performance data, runners preparing for competition, and coaches looking to establish more precise training zones. It can also support individuals beginning structured fitness programs, athletes returning to sport, and anyone looking to measure and understand their progress over time.
How We Work
Testing can be booked as a standalone assessment or integrated into a structured training pathway. Where specialist equipment or clinical interpretation is required, assessments may be conducted in collaboration with physiotherapy, sports medicine, or sports-science partners. Findings are then translated into practical recommendations, helping guide training with greater clarity and purpose.
A Pathway Built Around You
From assessment to progression, every stage of your program is structured with purpose. Training adapts as you develop, guided by performance data, coaching insight, and continual reassessment.

Testing can help identify important physiological markers such as: VO₂max / VO₂peak, Ventilatory thresholds, Heart-rate zones, Training intensities, Aerobic profile
The goal is not simply to produce a VO₂ number — it is to translate the data into better conditioning decisions.

VALD / IMU Testing - Partner Supported
Access advanced performance technology through our specialist network.
Depending on the assessment, this may include force, jump, strength, movement or wearable sensor data to provide deeper insight into athlete performance.
Results are interpreted within the wider training and performance context rather than viewed as numbers in isolation.
